Sawing

For sawing strips, hollow sections, L-profiles and other bar material we use four (CNC) saws, including two band saws and two circular saws. These machines also enable us to cut mitres and can handle lengths of up to 15m. The saws can handle pieces with a maximum dimension of 700 x 410 mm. The machines have a mitre cutting capacity of up to 60 degrees. Like other departments this department is also able to work on small to large scale projects. Some of the saws are equipped with an automatic feed unit. This results in less labour-intensive work and consistent quality.
