Machining

With four milling machines with a maximum range of 4.500 x 1.200 x .1500 (X, Y, Z) millimetre we can do preparatory and end work on both small and large-scale products.  Using these machines, we can mill, drill, tap, plane and bore. All the machines are equipped with an automatic tool magazine with a wide range of tools for all possible milling applications. 

For tapping holes, both in the machining and cutting department, we use hydraulic tapping machines which can make thread up to 30mm in diameter.

Wide range of clamps

The machines have a wide range of clamping mechanisms which makes it possible to machine a wide variety of products.

Tappen

Holes can be tapped up to M30 with the tap arms.

The machines are equipped with an extensive selection of tools.
